Deanna is the legal powerhouse behind the scenes, ensuring that every move is strategic and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. She’s GlobalMeet’s guardian angel, swooping in to clear the path so the company can soar to new heights!

With over two decades of experience as an attorney, Deanna’s journey is one for the books. She’s navigated the legal landscapes of various tech companies, starting with steering Insight Enterprises through its IPO and serving for nearly a decade as General Counsel of the public company. She was General Counsel at Infusionsoft for four years, translating intimidating legal requirements seamlessly into Infusionsoft’s entrepreneurial and small-business-focused culture. She’s sprinkled her legal magic at Lumension (now HEAT software), Vixxo Corporation, and Revana (formerly Direct Alliance Corporation). She even dipped her toes into solo practice for a while, but teamwork makes the dream work, right?

Deanna was also a finalist for Arizona Business Magazine’s Corporate Counsel Award. She obtained her J.D. at the University of Tulsa’s College of Law and holds a B.A. with Honors in Political Science from Oklahoma State University.

She’s all about family, diving into a good book with her book club, hiking trails, or rowing her way to serenity.
