Meet Craig Henderson, the numbers virtuoso steering GlobalMeet’s financial course as CFO. With over two decades of finance experience in various high-tech companies, including a stint at the tech giant Microsoft, Craig brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

 

Craig’s journey took him from the corridors of Microsoft to the helm of Nextiva, where he orchestrated the company’s financial operations. At Nextiva, he not only managed the P&L but also spearheaded pivotal initiatives in sales operations, international expansion, and executive engagement. His leadership was instrumental in Nextiva’s transformation into a global SaaS leader, and he played a key role in two major company acquisitions, leaving an indelible mark on the company’s success.

 

During his nine-year tenure at Microsoft, Craig was a witness to the company’s evolution from on-premise licenses to cloud-based solutions. His experience in navigating complex financial landscapes with finesse, and his close collaboration with senior leaders across Finance, Marketing, and Engineering, instill confidence in his ability to tackle strategic business challenges and articulate business performance externally.

 

Before his Microsoft journey, Craig honed his financial acumen at Marchex, where he led operations, SEC reporting, and accounting leadership. His career kicked off at KPMG, where he ran audit engagements for a diverse clientele spanning technology, consulting, and manufacturing sectors.

 

Originally hailing from Scotland, Craig’s quest for sunshine eventually led him to call Arizona home. When he’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find Craig outdoors with his family, indulging in golfing, wake surfing, skiing, or off-roading in the desert. As a dedicated family man, Craig dons the role of a soccer enthusiast cheering on his son and a supportive “Cheer Dad” at his daughter’s competitive cheer competitions across the country.
